Christmas Delivery & Returns
From the 1ST DECEMBER 2023, our delivery and returns terms will differ slightly from our usual Returns Policy. This is to ensure that you have the best possible experience over the festive period.

1.
All Christmas orders must be made by 10am 20th DECEMBER to ensure arrival before 23rd December.
2.
All pre-Christmas returns must be sent before 12TH DECEMBER if you wish for your return to be processed before 25th December.
3.
Any orders made between 1ST DECEMBER and 24TH DECEMBER can be returned up to 28TH JANUARY 2024.
4.
All returns on purchases made on 25TH DECEMBER 2023 and onwards must be returned within the usual 30 days of purchase to be valid for an exchange or refund.
5.
Any online orders placed between 10am 22nd December - 26th December will be dispatched from 27th December.
