OutsideIn is a streetwear brand that gives back to those who are homeless. It’s Wear One, Share One model means that with every purchase the customer gets a free additional item to give to someone who is homeless in their city.

How is OutsideIn ending homelessness?
We believe that there is power in an interaction. Not that our products will end homelessness, but the hope that we carry in our conversations can. We also partner with local charities to ensure they get the best quality products and that we learn from the best in how to help rewrite homelessness.

Are you a charity?
No, we are a social - enterprise based in Belfast. Whilst we have a charitable aspect, we seek to rewrite homelessness by creating the opportunity for those who get involved in our movement to create a connection with those on the streets, meeting a physical need but also beginning to get to the heart of the issue which is what will bring about real, lasting change. We also partner with local organisations and work directly with those on the ground.

Order Issues

I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?
If an item is missing from your order you will most likely received an email about it - one of our products may be on backorder.

Can I amend my order after i’ve placed it?
If you haven’t received an email to say your order has been fulfilled there might still be time to change your order! Email our customer service team on help@weareoi.com with any amendments you need to make and we will do our best to help 😊

I have an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
Email our customer service team on help@weareoi.com and let us know what incorrect item you received. We would ask you to send the item back to us and we will have the right one sent out to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order after i’ve placed it?
Unfortunately you will be unable to cancel any orders as they start to go through the packaging process soon after they are ordered.

How do I receive order updates?
Order updates can be received via email. They will be sent to the email you provide us with at checkout.

Returns, refunds and exchanges:

How do I return an item?
For full info on our returns policy and return address please click here. We can only accept returns if we receive them within 14 days after your package was delivered. Please include a printout of your order number confirmation with your return.

Can I exchange an item?
Items can be exchanged for another size or colour provided we receive them unworn and in their original condition. Please email our customer service team on help@weareoi.com to arrange an exchange. Please include a print out of your confirmation email along with the item you would like to exchange.

How do I return a faulty product?
Faulty products can be returned to our return address. However, we would ask that you email help@weareoi.com with your issue and pictures of the fault before sending it back to us.

Do you refund delivery charges if I return something?
We are unable to refund the cost of returning goods back to us unless the item was faulty or you received the wrong item.


When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will usually be dispatched the next working day after you place your order.

How can I contact your couriers directly?

Where do I find my tracking number?
You can request your tracking number by emailing us at help@weareoi.com. You can track your parcel using the Royal Mail website - https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/

How long does delivery take once my order is sent?
For UK customers using standard delivery - 3-5 working days
For Uk customers using first class delivery - 1-2 working days
For customers within the EU - 5-7 working days
For customers outside of the EU - 8-10 working days


Can I return items paid for with a gift card?
You can return an item paid for with a gift card! We have the same 14 day refund policy for this which you can see above in our refunds, returns and exchanges

Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
Only one promo code can be used per order.

Do you offer paper or non-electronic gift cards?
We only offer our gift cards via email as we currently don’t have any physical stores at the minute.

I haven’t received my refund yet, what do I do?
Please allow at least 5 days for the money to return back into your account after sending your item back to us. Please email help@weareoi.com if you still haven’t received your refund after this time period.

Where can I find your size guide?
Size guides can be found under each product description.

Can you tell me if you’re getting an item back in stock?
We don’t always know when we will be getting out of stock items back in. However, you can keep an eye out for any updates about stock on our social media!

Do you have wash and after care advice?
We provide a care label on all of our Hope Sweet Hope sweaters. You can find washing and after care advice using the link below and checking the sizing label on you item. http://www.care-labelling.co.uk/whatsymbolsmean.html

Are your products ethically sourced?
All of our products are ethically sourced and we work closely with our manufacturers to make sure of this. All of our products are Fairwear insured.

Do you stock your products in store?
We currently only stock all of our products on our online store. However, our iconic pom-poms can be found @ Studio Souk in Belfast as well as @ Born and Bred in Belfast City Airport.
