Christmas Refund Policy

‘Tis the season for goodness and gifts and if you ask us, there’s nothing better than a gift from OutsideIn that does good too! Before you shop till the snow starts to drop, here’s a few very important things to remember about our Christmas returns, refunds and exchanges. 

We know that some like to get their Christmas gifts sorted early so any items purchased from 19th November until 31st December 2021 may be viable for a refund up until 14th January 2022

For all exchanges, items purchased between 19th November until 31st December 2021 may be viable for an exchange up until 31st January 2022

For all refunds and exchanges, items must be unworn and returned in their original state. If the items you’d like to return do not adhere to these requirements, we may not be able to accept your request. 

All returns require proof of purchase.

For any items that have a manufacturing flaw, please email us with imagery and details of the issue prior to returning the item.

Please also note that all refunds will be repaid back to the original payment method. 

To send your items back, please carefully follow the instructions below: 

  1. Neatly package your item and include a note with your full name, order number, and the item you would like to exchange or refund (if exchanging, please state what item you would like to exchange your order for). Please also state whether you have requested an exchange or a refund within the note.

Once you've completed all three steps and we have received your returned package, we'll make sure that your request is processed as quickly as possible! We aim to get it to you within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of sale items, Giving store items, sticker packs, patches or pins. Shipping cost is also non-refundable. We can also only accept returned socks provided they have not been worn or tried on and the packaging is still intact. All discounted Sale purchases are final.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that! However you can simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange.

Please note we are not able to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

Returned items should be unused and unworn. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

This process can take up to 14 working days from you sending the package.

For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 



The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 


Stock for exchanges can only be guaranteed on the day your package has been returned. 

Order Cancellations or address changes must be stated in full within 2 hours of purchase.

Please include a note in your package stating your reason for return, email address, name you ordered under, and order ID. Then send your package to:

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
