Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that! However you can simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange.

Please note we are not able to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.

Returned items should be unused and unworn. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item. 

This process can take up to 14 working days from you sending the package.

Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of sale items, Giving store items, sticker packs, patches or pins. We can also only accept returned socks provided they have not been worn or tried on and the packaging is still intact. All discounted Sale purchases are final.

For your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 



The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. 


Stock for exchanges can only be guaranteed on the day your package has been returned. 

Order Cancellations or address changes must be stated in full within 2 hours of purchase.

Please include a note in your package stating your reason for return, email address, name you ordered under, and order ID. Then send your package to:

Please specify the contents of your package as 'RETURNED GOODS' on your customs declaration. If you need any help with this please contact us help@weareoi.com.
