If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear that! However you can simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund or exchange.
Please note we are not able to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty and sale items are non-returnable.
Returned items should be unused and unworn. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Unfortunately we cannot accept the return of sticker packs, patches or pins. We can also only accept returned socks provided they have not been worn or tried on and the packaging is still intact.

Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
