We call these special donations Giving Items. Our team designs each Giving Item following direct feedback from our incredible network of giving partners and charities across the UK. This ensures that we are always addressing the immediate, real world requests of those who receive them.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your products. You can return or exchange any item within 28 days of your delivery receipt date. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be entirely unworn, unwashed, in their original state, free of stains, snags, or smells, and have all original tags securely attached. Note that socks must be completely unworn with packaging fully intact.

What exactly is Our “Wear One, Share One” model?

We donate custom engineered Giving Products. Our in house design team collaborates closely with our charity partners to design high quality, seasonal essentials specifically tailored to the real world requests of people experiencing homelessness. For example, we create thick, absorbent, cushioned socks, thermal winter beanies, and prioritize products that cannot be donated second hand such as underwear. Each product has a message of hope on the tag and is designed to meet the needs of many forms of homelessness from rough sleeping to temporary housing.

How do the items reach the people who need them?

We work with a dedicated network of grassroots charities, shelters, and outreach organisations across the UK, Europe, and beyond whom we call our Giving Partners. Each month, we pack and allocate brand new inventory directly to these partners based on their real time local needs, ensuring your impact goes exactly where it is needed most.
