How do your Giving Products reach people?
We work with a network of charities, shelters and outreach organisations known as our Giving Partners. They help us understand what people experiencing homelessness need, so we can provide useful, brand-new essentials through our giving programme.
What is your returns policy?
You can return or exchange items within 28 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
