Returns Criteria

Please also note that in order for us to process your refund your item(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • The item(s) must be unworn and returned in the original state (this includes no snags, splits or stains), with all tags attached.
  • The item(s) must be returned within 28 days of the date of receipt. To find out when this is, you should have an email stating when your order was dispatched.
  • Socks must not be worn and their packaging must be fully intact.

If your item(s) does not meet the above criteria we may not be able to offer you a refund.

If you bought your item from our Boulevard store, please return your item at our Boulevard store within 28 days of purchase, ensuring your item meets the returns criteria listed below.

If you purchased your item from one of our festivals, pop-up events or Christmas markets, please return in-store at the event if possible, ensuring your item meets the returns criteria listed below. Alternatively, please follow our online returns process, ensuring the criteria listed below is met.

Return FAQs

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received your item and we are confident it meets our returns criteria, we will issue your refund.

This may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account so please be patient.

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

How do I know my return has been processed?

We begin the return process for refunds as soon as we receive and approve your returned item(s). You will be notified when this happens.

Our team is available to help you Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-12pm (excluding public holidays in the UK). We aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours of receiving them.
