How do I wash and care for my Pocket Fleece?

Wash your pocket fleece at 30°C on a gentle cycle, inside out and with similar colours. This is especially important for a colour block fleece or coloured fleece to help prevent colour transfer. Avoid fabric softener to keep your outdoor fleece soft and performing well. Your quarter zip fleece or fleece with pockets can be tumble dried on low, but air drying is best. Do not iron or dry clean.

How does the Pocket Fleece fit? Should I size up or down?

Fit can vary slightly across our range. The Full Zip Pocket Microfleece and Signature Pocket Microfleeces offer a more relaxed fit, while our classic pocket fleece (such as petal bloom pocket fleece) is designed with a more oversized, boxy silhouette for that laid-back outdoor fleece feel.

We recommend sizing down by one or even two sizes, depending on your preference. For the most accurate fit, always check the size guide on each product page.

Is the Pocket Fleece suitable for cold or wet weather?

The Pocket Fleece is a versatile outdoor fleece designed to keep you warm in cooler conditions. Our outdoor fleeces are insulated making it perfect for chilly days and outdoor adventures and the added practicality of a fleece with pockets makes it even more functional. While your pocket fleece will keep you warm, it isn’t fully waterproof, so for heavy rain we recommend layering it with a waterproof jacket.

What is your return policy?

 We want you to love your products. You can return or exchange any item within 28 days of your delivery receipt date. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be entirely unworn, unwashed, in their original state (free of stains, snags, or smells), and have all original tags securely attached. Note: Socks must be completely unworn with packaging fully intact.

What is our "Wear One, Share One" model?

It is the core of our mission. For every single product you purchase from our store, we donate a brand-new item of essential clothing to someone experiencing homelessness. One product purchased = one person helped.

Do you just donate the clothing items I buy, or are they different?

We donate specially thought-out "Giving Products." Our in-house design team collaborates closely with our charity partners to design high-quality, seasonal essentials specifically tailored to the real-world requests of people experiencing homelessness. For example, we create thick, absorbent, cushioned socks and thermal winter beanies and prioritise products that can’t be donated second hand such as underwear. Each product has a message of hope on the tag and is designed to meet the needs of many forms of homelessness from rough sleeping to temporary housing.
