How do I use the adjustable toggles on the Wave Fleece?

Built into the bottom hem are hidden elastic toggles. You can leave them loose for a classic, relaxed streetwear fit, or cinch them tight to create a sporty, cropped silhouette that seals out cold wind.

Is the interior of the Wave Fleece lined with a different material?

The Wave Fleece features a double-sided brushed fleece design, meaning the inside is just as soft, plush and insulating against your skin as the exterior looks.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard UK and Northern Ireland deliveries typically take 2 to 3 working days via Royal Mail from the date of dispatch. Republic of Ireland standard deliveries take between 3 to 5 working days. Please note that dispatching and deliveries do not take place on UK bank holidays.

What is your return policy?

 We want you to love your products. You can return or exchange any item within 28 days of your delivery receipt date. To qualify for a full refund or exchange, items must be entirely unworn, unwashed, in their original state (free of stains, snags, or smells), and have all original tags securely attached. Note: Socks must be completely unworn with packaging fully intact.

Do you just donate the clothing items I buy, or are they different?

We donate specially thought-out "Giving Products." Our in-house design team collaborates closely with our charity partners to design high-quality, seasonal essentials specifically tailored to the real-world requests of people experiencing homelessness. For example, we create thick, absorbent, cushioned socks and thermal winter beanies and prioritise products that can’t be donated second hand such as underwear. Each product has a message of hope on the tag and is designed to meet the needs of many forms of homelessness from rough sleeping to temporary housing.

What is our "Wear One, Share One" model?

It is the core of our mission. For every single product you purchase from our store, we donate a brand-new item of essential clothing to someone experiencing homelessness. One product purchased = one person helped.
