Its Time To Listen, Learn & Reflect
It's Time To Listen, Learn and Reflect.
We write to you acknowledging our privilege, acknowledging our lack of understanding, and most importantly acknowledging the evident hurt that is happening amongst the Black community. We as a company want to actively learn how we can be better allies to the Black community. We want to be intentional about using this platform to amplify the voices of those in the global fight against racism.
As we go on our journey in learning how to be better allies, we will continue to share with you all what we learn along the way and we encourage you to join us on our journey. The purpose of this blog is to actively listen and learn together.

QUESTIONS TO REFLECT ON:
How are you actively listening?
Active Listening; fully concentrating on what is being said rather than just passively 'hearing' the message of the speaker.
How can you use anti-racist knowledge to change and progress conversations with friends, family, colleagues, and peers?
How can you be actively anti-racist instead of simply “not racist”?
How do you plan on helping the fight to end racial discrimination and systemic oppression?
Let's better show up for the marginalised communities around the world, specifically the black communities. Let’s engage in the necessary learning and unlearning around racism, prejudice, and injustice.
It's time to LISTEN, LEARN, & REFLECT.
