It's Time To Listen, Learn and Reflect.

We write to you acknowledging our privilege, acknowledging our lack of understanding, and most importantly acknowledging the evident hurt that is happening amongst the Black community. We as a company want to actively learn how we can be better allies to the Black community. We want to be intentional about using this platform to amplify the voices of those in the global fight against racism. 

As we go on our journey in learning how to be better allies, we will continue to share with you all what we learn along the way and we encourage you to join us on our journey. The purpose of this blog is to actively listen and learn together.
